These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inner Table Club website and your membership in the club ("Inner Table," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying for membership, using our site, or attending a dinner, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to apply for membership or use this site. By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Membership is by application and is granted at our discretion. We may accept or decline any application without explanation. We may also pause, suspend, or end a membership at any time if a member's behavior is inconsistent with the spirit of the club, harms other members, or violates these Terms.
You can cancel anytime through your payment provider account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period. After cancellation you will retain access to scheduled dinners through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Inner Table dinners are intended to be relaxed, respectful gatherings. As a member, you agree to:
Repeated no-shows, disruptive behavior, harassment, or any conduct that makes other members uncomfortable may result in removal from a dinner or termination of your membership without refund.
By becoming a member, you agree that we may contact you by email and text about dinners, RSVPs, restaurant details, and membership matters. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP, but doing so will limit our ability to coordinate dinners with you.
Inner Table introduces members to one another and arranges restaurant reservations. We do not supervise dinners and are not responsible for the conduct of members or third parties, the food or service at restaurants, or anything that happens before, during, or after a dinner. You attend dinners and interact with other members at your own risk.
The Inner Table name, logo, site, copy, and design are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except for normal personal use of the site.
The site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that you will form friendships, business relationships, or any specific outcome through Inner Table.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inner Table and its founders, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site, your membership, or any dinner. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the site or your membership will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Inner Table harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the site, your membership, your conduct at dinners, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site or your membership after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or your membership will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
